Learn the Fundamentals of making fresh Pasta with simple techniques! Together we'll make fresh pasta dough and learn how to maximize & manipulate this dough to produce numerous dishes!

We'll Freeze the majority of the pasta we make in this class. Participants can choose which pasta they'd like to cook and enjoy. This Pasta will be served with a Garden Fresh Salad and vinaigrette.
We highly recommend investing in a Pasta Machine for this class. On our suggested tools page we've showcased our favorite hand crank machine and Kitchen Aid attachment.
